BOX SHARING SERVICES

FEES

Starting Price: PHP 100

  • For us to ensure that you will be using our KR address, we require an upfront payment of PHP 100 before you check out using our address.

  • We do this to prevent potential timewasters.

1kg: PHP 150

  • For every 1kg = PHP 150

  • Your item/s will be weighed upon arrival to our KR address. If it reaches 1kg, you will be informed to pay the remaining PHP 50 for your kg.

  • If you KNOW your order will be 1kg beforehand, you can opt to pay PHP150 upfront.

LESS THAN 1KG

Please take note that this is in addition to the starting price. The following prices are for every item added to your order that does not reach another kg:

Album: PHP 100

Photocard (per parcel): PHP 65

  • You may purchase multiple PCs from 1 seller: 1 seller = 1 parcel = PHP 65.

  • If you purchase from multiple sellers, each PC parcel received at our address is an additional PHP 65.

OTHERS

Album Sets (3-4): PHP 450
Season's Greetings: PHP 300
Lightsticks: PHP 350
Clothing: PHP 200

PROCESS

What is the process?

  1. Send @_hyuncart a message with: name and picture of item, expected weight, expected date of check out.

  2. Fill out the Box Sharing Form

  3. Pay initial fee of PHP 100

  4. Open our email containing the KR address. DO NOT share this address.

  5. Check out/Let us check out for you (your preference)

  6. Order received at KR address: you may pay any remaining fees if there are any weight changes

  7. Order is in transit to the PH: you may pay the remaining ISF

  8. SCO when order is in the PH

FAQs

What do I agree to when I box share with you? You...

  1. WILL NOT share the KR Address to others

  2. WILL inform @_hyuncart if you would like to use the address for any other purchases

  3. WILL send a photo of your order status after using the address

  4. WILL wait for the box to be full before it is dispatched from our KR address

What are your policies for loss/damage?

  • As much as possible, we would like to guarantee the safety of your items. This is why you must inform us about the status of your order, so we can effectively track the parcels at the KR warehouse.

  • We are NOT liable for any damage caused by the seller that you purchase from or from the couriers.

Do you provide checkout services?

  • Yes! To minimize the number of people with access to our address (for our safety), we can check out for you. If you would like us to check out for you:

  1. Send us a link of the item you are purchasing

  2. 50% DP of purchased item

  3. Once we have successfully checked out, you may send us the remaining balance of your order

What if I want to check out myself?

  • You may. Please ensure that all our details are accurately inputed (Including: name, contact number)

What are your policies for cancellations?

  • Once you have placed an order using our KR address, cancellations are NOT allowed.

  • If for any reason, you must cancel, there is a PHP 80 cancellation fee.

What is the average waiting time?

  • THIS VARIES If you are not willing to wait with others, please do not box share.

  • Box must be full before it can be dispatched from our KR Address. We will provide updates!

  • Box waiting time can be up to 1-2 weeks to 1 month depending on amount of orders

  • We use: NETA and FETA (once box is ready to be shipped from our KR Address; depends on consol's decision)
